Returns/Exchanges/Refund Policy

All of our standard products found on our website carry a money-back guarantee*. We will gladly accept merchandise returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery date. Refunds for non-exchange items may be subject to a restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refunded. To minimize the possibility of returns of sewn products, please measure your articles carefully using either our Zippered Bag Sizing Guide or Flatware Roll Sizing Guide (found under 'Useful Links' above) before ordering. If you have any questions about sizing, feel free to contact us at (877)206-5296. 

We do not accept returns on custom-sized or custom-embroidered products. Please measure your silver articles carefully before placing an order for custom sizes. If you are having problems properly measuring your articles, do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.
*Note:  We do not take returns of unused Pacific Silvercloth By-the-Yard cuts; e.g., if 10 yards are ordered and only 7 are needed/used, the leftover 3 yards are not eligible for return.
