BELOW IS OUR NORMAL DELIVERY INFO. HOWEVER, CURRENTLY WE ARE FURTHER BEHIND WITH ORDERS CONTAINING SEWN PRODUCTS THAN USUAL DUE TO AN AVAILABILITY ISSUE WITH PACIFIC SILVERCLOTH FABRIC FROM THE MANUFACTURER. WE ARE WORKING DILIGENTLY TO SHIP ORDERS ASAP.
Orders that ONLY include Pacific Silvercloth® By-the-Yard, the 3M Anti-Tarnish Strips, and/or any of our silver cleaning products typically ship the same or next business day. However, as our sewn products are not mass-produced, and SilverGuard hand-makes to order all of our SEWN products in the order they are received, orders containing Flatware Rolls, Zippered Bags, Jewelry Travel Bags, or Flapped Pouches (whether standard sizes from website options or custom sizes) can take one to four weeks to ship, and occasionally longer, depending on our workload, and especially for several months both before and after the holidays. Please call or email if you have a special need…we try to accommodate special circumstance requests whenever possible.
